Do I need to pay for an app space even if I don’t have any apps running?
Yes, the pricing for app spaces is independent of the number of apps running within them. App space pricing is based on the allocated resources and ensures that you have dedicated capacity available for your applications at all times. Even if you don’t have any apps running, your app space is reserved exclusively for your use.
How can I monitor and control my app space usage to manage costs?
Doprax provides a comprehensive dashboard where you can monitor and control your app space usage. You can easily track resource utilization, such as CPU and RAM, to ensure efficient allocation and avoid exceeding your plan limits. Our platform also sends notifications and emails when your credit is running low, allowing you to manage your costs effectively.
What happens if I run out of credit on my account?
To maintain uninterrupted service, it’s important to ensure sufficient credit in your account. When your credit runs low, we will notify you through in-app notifications and emails. If your credit is depleted, your app spaces may be suspended until you add more credit to your account. We recommend regularly monitoring your credit balance to avoid any service interruptions.
