Which ports are open on Hetzner?

On Hetzner servers via Doprax, only these ports are available: 80 & 443 — standard web (HTTP/HTTPS) 19000–19100 (TCP only) — for tunnels / Node / Proxy This applies only to Hetzner — other datacenters (DigitalOcean, Vultr, OVH, Scaleway, etc.) have different port availability. ⚠️ The 19000–19100 range is TCP only. UDP is not available — many Node/VPN setups need UDP for handshake and will not work on Hetzner. All ports available on Doprax: OVH and ProVM If your port still doesn't work on Hetzner: Your service may require UDP (not available on Hetzner via Doprax) Your service may use ports outside the available set (e.g. 2281, 4433) Recommended: Use ProVM or OVH for full connectivity, or on Hetzner use TCP 19000–19100 for Node/Proxy and 80/443 for web.

UDP is blocked — can it be opened?

UDP is not available on Hetzner servers via Doprax. Only TCP 80, 443, and TCP 19000–19100 (Node/Proxy) are available. Many VPN and Node setups require UDP for handshake and will not work on Hetzner even if you pick a port inside 19000–19100 (that range is TCP only). Recommended: Switch to ProVM or OVH on Doprax — all ports are available there, including UDP.

On Hetzner via Doprax, 80 and 443 are available for standard web traffic (HTTP/HTTPS). However, most VPN / tunnel / Node setups need UDP or ports outside what Hetzner offers — those will not work reliably on Hetzner: Node/Proxy on Hetzner: TCP 19000–19100 only (UDP is not available) Full VPN with UDP: not available on Hetzner via Doprax Recommended: Use ProVM or OVH — all ports are available for VPN and Node.
