Public Profile in the App Market

This page allows you as a developer to:

• Control how you are represented across the Doprax App Market.
  
• Edit your profile information, which is reflected publicly on your Developer Profile Page.

As a developer on the Doprax platform, you can set, update, and manage your profile through your public profile settings page. This includes:

• The profile picture shown to the public
  
• Your name
  
• Your job title, along with a link to your website.
  
• A list of your skills and social links (GitHub, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  
• A bio that can include your background, technical focus, etc.

The other information that will appear on your profile page includes:

• Verification badge (if you've been verified by the Doprax team)
• Stats: Indicators such as:
  
  • Number of apps created and published
    
  • Average apps rating
    
  • Total app installs
    
  • Total forks of your apps' repositories
    
  • Total issues raised relating your published app(s)
    
  • Top apps published and recent reviews on your published apps.
    
• Published apps list: A display of all the apps you have published in the marketplace, along with how many forks, issues, and installs the app has. It also links to each app's respective detail page
  
• Reviews: A view of all user feedback submitted across your published apps, the total app ratings, and the average rating of your published apps. It helps other users evaluate the overall reputation and quality of your work while giving you valuable insights into how your apps are received.
  
• Issues: The issue section highlights the technical or usability problems that users have reported across your apps and when the issues were last updated.

Profile sync and maintenance

Your app list automatically updates in response to publishing or deleting published apps. Any newly published apps appear on the profile, and any deleted apps are no longer visible. So you cannot manually change the app list in your profile page.

Verification and trust

The verified badge serves as a key trust signal for users. You cannot modify or remove your verification badge. It’s only given to developers who have been manually reviewed and approved by the Doprax team.

To better protect our users from low-quality or potentially harmful apps (like malware), we've made this a manual verification process handled directly by an admin from the Doprax team.

What this means:

• Verified developers have gone through a trust and safety review by Doprax.
  
• It’s a signal that this developer’s apps meet our security, performance, and content standards.
  
• If you’re browsing apps in the marketplace, the badge helps you quickly spot reputable developers.
  
• If you're a developer, the badge tells users: "You can trust what I build."

All changes are reflected in real time on your developer profile for other users to see.

Yet to Publish an App?

If you've not yet published any apps, your Public Profile page will display a message: "It seems you are not a Market App Developer."

Go ahead and publish your first app to the app market to have a public developer profile.
